Hi, I am Tania and together with my husband Phil we would enjoy hosting you on our farm. Nestled at the base of the Dial Range, The Rustic Hut Bush Retreat offers multi award winning rustic styled accommodation with a peaceful country atmosphere. Situated 8kms from the picturesque seaside town of Penguin, we are close to beaches, cafes, shops, and wineries. We are close to Penguin Mountain Bike Park, and all the stunning bushwalks in the Dial Range are right on our doorstep. We are ideally situated to explore the beautiful North West Coast of Tasmania, with Cradle Mountain, Sheffield and Stanley ideal day trips. We encourage a technology free environment (no tv’s), so you can sit back, relax and unwind and enjoy our peaceful atmosphere. We pride ourselves on good old fashioned country hospitality, and guarantee you will enjoy your time with us.

While staying with us we encourage you to join in the morning farm activities with us the farmers, of milking the cows and feeding the many animals that call our farm their home. The animals vary with the seasons so sometimes there may be lambs,(baby sheep) and other times calves, (baby cows), but there are always animals that are needing to be fed and patted.
